Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To ensure the health and safety of all pets, please review our policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened medications (including antibiotics, allergy relief, and ear/eye care products)
  • Used grooming tools or opened flea & tick treatments
  • Opened food products (both dry food and specialty diets)
  • Personalized or fitted items like collars

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Prescription medications must be unopened with seals intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Our support team will respond within 12 hours (including weekends) with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories.

Refund Information

Exchange Process
