Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Prescription medications must be unopened with seals intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened medications (including antibiotics, allergy relief, and ear/eye care products)
- Used grooming tools or opened flea & tick treatments
- Opened food products (both dry food and specialty diets)
- Personalized or fitted items like collars
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: Our pet-loving support team will respond within 12 hours (including weekends) with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Refunds may take 7-10 business days due to currency conversion
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, flavor, etc.):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email what you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of certain products (like damaged medications) following FDA guidelines
